SBA Loan Operations Specialist - El Dorado, AR
First Financial Bank in El Dorado, AR has an immediate opening for a SBA Loan Operations Specialist.
Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities in this position include; assisting in the organization and closing process of PSD and Retail SBA loans. Assemble and verify accuracy of loan documentation. Work with customer data using computer software such as T-Soft Plus, Compliance One and E-Tran. Work with FFB loan specialists, loan assistants and loan officers with questions and troubleshooting. Build and maintain loan files, ensuring the files contain documents with proper signatures, dates and other relevant data. Handle written and oral correspondence with customers. Answer telephone and written inquiries concerning SBA loans and related information. Assist Senior Vice President Loan Operations as needed. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Other Skills/Abilities: Position requires individual who has excellent customer communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills. Also requires an individual who has excellent organization skills, who pays close attention to detail, can work well under pressure and think strategically. Must be self-motivated and be able to work well with others. Requires strong computer background in MS Excel and Word.
