Operations/IRA Specialist - El Dorado, AR
First Financial Bank in El Dorado, AR has an immediate opening for a IRA/Operations Specialist.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to review and process the Reconciliation Accounts. Process FED and Endpoint Adjustments. Reconcile Operations General Ledger Accounts, MMDA and savings account activity. Post charge off accounts and maintain the charge off excel sheet. Review the New IRA’S, activity daily and CIP. Review and branch support for all IRA accounts. Post Fresh Start payments from the branches and maintain the FFB Fresh Start program for all applicable locations. Process foreign currency orders and foreign/domestic collections.
Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years accounting or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to operate basic office equipment such as typewriter, ten-key calculator, facsimile machine, etc.
- Requires excellent computer skills and must be proficient in working with Excel spreadsheets.
- Requires excellent organization skills and ability to work under strict time deadlines.
- Strong attention to details.
- Must have strong verbal and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Should be able to handle multiple tasks.
