Nominate a Local Nonprofit Organization for The FFB NONPROFIT EXCELLENCE AWARD


First Financial Bank would like to recognize local nonprofit organizations that have demonstrated excellence in their operations and provided citizens with programs and/or services that are vital to the betterment of our community. Please complete this nomination form by MARCH 27, 2015. The award will be presented at the Annual Meeting of the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce on April 14th.

Nomination forms may also be picked up in branch and be faxed to 870-881-5290, emailed to bweldon@ffb1.com or dropped off at any First Financial Bank location or the Chamber of Commerce. The Award Will Be Presented at the Annual Meeting of the Chamber of Commerce April 14, 2015

Once an organization is nominated, we will contact them to request the following:

1) A listing of the Board of Directors or Advisory Board

2) A copy of their most recent financial audit

3) Information regarding their programs/services in the past year

The nominated organization MUST provide this information in order to be considered for the award.
