El Dorado, AR - Sean Williams has been named Chief Retail Banking Officer for First Financial Bank. Working closely with the local Market Presidents, Operations and Executive Management, Sean will be responsible for further development of retail business. He will report directly to Chris Hegi, CEO.
The First Financial Bank's Academic Excellence Scholarship provides $3,000 a year to a student who is a resident of Tate or DeSoto County and has been awarded at Northwest Mississippi Community College since 2010.
Ben Chandler of Madison, MS was recently promoted to Managing Director of the Poultry Division for First Financial Bank. Chandler is a 2010 graduate of Mississippi State University with a BS in Agricultural Economics. He worked for the Mississippi Poultry Association as their Grower Relations Coordinator until 2013 when he became a lending officer for First Financial's Carthage, MS location.
First Financial Bank began a Blue Jean Day campaign for the United Way of Union County in 2014 raising over $36,000 to date. Employees pay $5.00 each Friday to wear jeans to work. In 2019, they raised $3,690.
