To begin using the voice banking capability, First Financial Bank customers will need to:

  1. Enable the First Financial Bank Skill in the Amazon Alexa app or on Amazon.com
  2. Link to your First Financial Banking account
  3. Create a multi-digit security code

What account information is available in the First Financial Bank Skill?
You can request balance, recent transactions, and pending transaction information for any FFB account. If you are a newly enrolled FFB Online customer or added a new account, it may take one business day to hear all of your account history using the First Financial Bank skill.

What balance information does the First Financial Bank Skill read?
For deposit accounts, the skill will read back the available balance. For loan accounts, the skill will read back the outstanding balance.

What is a Security Code?
The security code is a 6-digit code (numbers only) that you create when enabling the First Financial Bank skill. As an added layer of security, you will be required to provide your security code every time the First Financial Bank skill is opened to confirm your identity. The security code is only used for the First Financial Bank skill and is separate from your bank PIN.

Will my account information be stored on the device?
No. Account information is not stored on Alexa enabled devices or shared with Amazon.
