FFB Announces Management Changes
Date: 02/26/2026

First Financial Bank announced today that its leadership has appointed Aaron M. Miller to succeed Kathy Daily as the Farm & Ranch Lending Division Managing Director effective April 1, 2026. In addition, Kathy Daily has been named Senior Agriculture Advisor of the Farm & Ranch Lending Division, effective April 1, 2026.
Kathy, who has served as FFB’s Farm & Ranch Lending Division Managing Director since the division's inception in 2013, will continue to serve as the Senior Agriculture Advisor, working closely with Aaron and the team to ensure a smooth transition. “I’ve had a remarkable career at First Financial, and I'm looking forward to transitioning into retirement season in the future. With that in mind, I’m confident in Aaron’s leadership and commitment to the agriculture industry; he will continue the momentum we’ve built amongst the Farm & Ranch Lending Division,” stated Daily.
“On behalf of the bank, I would like to thank Kathy Daily for her many years of leadership at FFB and for continuing our longstanding history of growth and success,” said Sean Williams, CEO. “We look forward to Kathy’s continued service as Senior Agriculture Advisor and value her guidance during the leadership transition.”
Miller brings over two decades of experience in agriculture lending and management to his new position. Prior to joining FFB, Aaron was employed with Farm Credit Mid-America in Louisville for sixteen years, where he held several positions. Aaron and his wife, Melissa, own poultry and beef cattle operations in central Kentucky. Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their four children. He is also an avid sports fan (basketball and football) and especially likes to root for his alma mater, the University of Kentucky.
Miller has been instrumental in the growth of FFB’s nationwide agriculture lending. Miller expressed his enthusiasm for the new role. “I’m excited for the opportunity to lead the Farm & Ranch Lending Division and to bring my experience together with the strengths of our outstanding team as we look to the future. It’s a privilege to serve agriculture and support the farmers and ranchers across the country who work every day to keep our industry moving forward,” said Miller.
“We are also very excited about our new leadership,” stated Craig Mobley, President. “Aaron Miller brings many years of experience as a successful agriculture lender and has helped FFB continue to grow its agriculture lending operations. We look forward to Aaron leading the bank into our next era of growth and success in his new position.”
