First Financial Bank Announces Executive Team Promotions

First Financial Bank announces a series of promotions within its executive team, with a focus on promoting from within and ensuring a smooth transition of leadership. Melissa Jerry, the current CFO, will retire from her role and remain on the Board of Directors. Nic Dougan has been promoted from VP/Controller to Chief Financial Officer. Craig Mobley, current Chief Operating Officer, will join the Board of Directors. Shea Montgomery was promoted to Corporate Secretary.
Melissa Jerry has been with the company for 24 years and has played a key role in the leadership and growth of FFB. “Melissa has led our bank through financial growth and challenging years during her time as CFO. Her commitment to excellence is evident in everything she does. We are very grateful for her leadership and dedication demonstrated over the years.”, stated Chris Hegi, President/CEO.
Alongside the retirement announcement, the company also announced the promotion of Nic Dougan to the position of Chief Financial Officer. “Nic has been with the company since 2007 and has been instrumental in driving financial growth and success. He has demonstrated a deep understanding of the company’s financial operations and has been a key member of the executive team. We are excited to see Nic take on this new role and continue to drive financial success.”, said Chris Hegi, President/CEO.
In a third announcement, Craig Mobley, the current Chief Operating Officer, will join the Board of Directors. Mobley has been with FFB since 2013 and has been integral to the company’s operations, driving efficiency, growth, and innovation. “The Board of Directors looks forward to having Craig’s experience and expertise on the board and working with him to further grow our brand and add shareholder value,” said Jeff Nolan, FFB Chairman.
Also, Shea Montgomery was promoted to Corporate Secretary. Shea recently celebrated 30 years with the company. “We are confident that Shea will continue to excel in this new role and we look forward to her continued contributions to our organization,” said Chris Hegi, President/CEO.
