First Financial Bank continues to monitor all information about COVID-19 and follow CDC guidelines and protocols at all our locations. Our priority continues to be the health, safety and well-being of our customers, employees, and the communities we serve.

We are temporarily consolidating some of our branch staff to allow those with young children or family illness to stay home and also provide relief to our drive-thru staff who are working hard to provide full-service options to our customers.

EFFECTIVE MONDAY, APRIL 6, THE LOBBY AND DRIVE-THRU AT OUR EAST MAIN LOCATION WILL BE TEMPORARILY CLOSED.

The health, safety, and well-being of our customers and employees remain our highest priority. We recognize that the Coronavirus, or COVID-19, has become a growing concern. While the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that the threat still remains low in the U.S., our First Financial Bank team and executive leadership are taking this situation very seriously.

We are navigating this situation by following the guidance of the CDC, staying aligned with industry protocol, and adapting as new information is made available. We have a proven business continuity plan in place to ensure we do not have any disruption in service and have already taken precautionary steps in response to this emerging health impact:

  • We have increased cleaning and sanitizing for all branch locations.
  • We have temporarily restricted business-related travel for our associates.
  • We have postponed large meetings, events, and social activities and are utilizing electronic communications to conduct business when possible.
