Helping his clients fulfill their dreams as farm owners is the driving force behind Greg’s enthusiasm for agriculture and poultry lending. With over twenty years’ experience, he continues this passion through a personal commitment to honesty by building lifelong relationships with his clients.

Since 1998, Clint’s work in the poultry industry has helped him understand poultry operations from the inside out.  His work as a Service Tech showed him ways to maximize production, manage inventories, and deal with the day-to-day issues that poultry growers face.  This knowledge helps Clint to suggest financial solutions that he knows will make the most sense to farm owners.

His most recent role as a store manager for Volunteer Poultry, provided him with even broader knowledge and skills, including interacting with poultry integrators, outside sales, and supervising both retrofits and new construction of poultry houses.

He and his wife, Sonja, are the proud parents of Olivia and Tyson, who keep them hopping most of the time, but when he has some free time, Clint enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf.

Hunter grew up in the area and is proud to serve the Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma region. He knew after graduating college from SAU with an Agriculture Business degree, he didn’t just want to work for anyone. He wanted to find a place that had the same passion for local communities, farmers, and agriculture, which led him to First Financial Bank. 

Hunter enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and going to Razorback sporting events.

Adam graduated with a BBA in finance from Southern Arkansas University and has worked on the retail side of banking at FFB for the past decade, including the last four years as a consumer lending officer. During that time, Adam has been recognized for going “above and beyond” for his customers and we know he will bring that same dedication and level of personal service to our poultry customers.

When he’s not serving customers, Adam enjoys fishing and following the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Allen joined First Financial Bank in 2008 after 17 years in Live Production for Gold Kist, Inc.   Having a Live Production background coupled with 10+ years of financial experience, Allen truly understands what his customers need to be successful poultry farmers. Nothing makes him happier than seeing the excitement on a client’s face when the loan closes and knowing that First Financial Bank played a key role in enabling their plans.

In 2010, Allen and his family relocated from Gainesville, GA to Goldsboro, NC to open FFB’s second North Carolina location.  In addition to serving the needs of poultry producers in Eastern North Carolina, Allen added Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware to First Financial Bank’s footprint.  His very first construction loan on the Eastern Shore was to a couple who’d been approved by an integrator to construct four broiler houses, but was unable to obtain financing from several local lenders.  First Financial Bank approved that loan and in the last eight years, First Financial Bank has helped them expand to a thriving ten-house broiler operation. These are the kinds of successes that drive Allen.

Outside work, Allen loves to spend time with his family and friends camping in the Southeast, spending time in the outdoors; hunting, fishing and playing golf.

Ashley joined the team in 2018 and has a deep knowledge of lending programs and diverse accounting and finance experience, making her an invaluable asset to the team. She enjoys helping clients reach their goals - whether it's purchasing a farm, making improvements to their existing farm, or getting the loan to the closing table. "The Eastern Shore has a significant agricultural presence. My grandparents have a small row crop farm, my husband is an Ag Manager for a frozen vegetable company, and his family has a small poultry and grain farm. I am honored to have the opportunity to be involved in Agriculture in my own way while utilizing my financial experience, stated Mitchell." Outside of Work, Ashley loves to travel, listen to live music, and spend time with friends and family.

His experience as a tech will provide value to his clients to help them grow their operations. With his skillset, he’s an Accountant for the TN National Guard and serves as a part-time youth pastor. In his free time, he enjoys farming, mechanics, DIY home improvements, and spending time with his wife.

Raised in an agricultural family, Michael knows how to navigate the intricacies of poultry lending. Farm owners trust his 20+ years of experience and genuine honesty and integrity. A farmer himself, he holds himself to the same standard of hard work that his clients exemplify. Michael works closely with his customers to manage their portfolios and with the FFB team to find innovative ways to finance new credit.

Outside of FFB, Michael enjoys spending time on his farm with his family. He has a passion for showing animals, particularly Boer goats.

Before joining the FFB family he was a lender at Bank of Forest for 4 years doing consumer and commercial lending.

He enjoys working with the FFB team because they come together as one to make the best decisions for our customers’ interest. He wanted to join the team to help farmers around the area to become more successful and profitable in the poultry industry.  He knows we have an incredible group of experienced lenders here at the FFB Ag Department; where when questions arrive, we can put the best answers together for our customers.

His role at FFB is an Ag Lending Officer, where he specializes in Poultry Lending including helping customers build, purchase, or refinance poultry farms. He enjoys watching his customers grow, have a successful business, and developing a friendship with them.

Away from working, he enjoys being outside and taking vacations. You can probably find him on the golf course or in the woods hunting.

As Branch Manager for the Nacogdoches area, nothing makes Kevin happier than working with farmers to accomplish their goals of owning and managing poultry operations. Building their net-worth to provide viable futures for their families drives Kevin’s efforts.

Nothing makes him happier than seeing the excitement on a client’s face when the loan closes and knowing that First Financial Bank played a key role in enabling their plans.

In 2010, Allen and his family relocated from Gainesville, GA to Goldsboro, NC to open FFB’s second North Carolina location.  In addition to serving the needs of poultry producers in Eastern North Carolina, Allen added Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware to First Financial Bank’s footprint.  His very first construction loan on the Eastern Shore was to a couple who’d been approved by an integrator to construct four broiler houses, but was unable to obtain financing from several local lenders.  First Financial Bank approved that loan and in the last eight years, First Financial Bank has helped them expand to a thriving ten-house broiler operation. These are the kinds of successes that drive Allen.

Outside work, Allen loves to spend time with his family and friends camping in the Southeast, spending time in the outdoors; hunting, fishing and playing golf.

Ashley joined the team in 2018 and has a deep knowledge of lending programs and diverse accounting and finance experience, making her an invaluable asset to the team. She enjoys helping clients reach their goals - whether it's purchasing a farm, making improvements to their existing farm, or getting the loan to the closing table. "The Eastern Shore has a significant agricultural presence. My grandparents have a small row crop farm, my husband is an Ag Manager for a frozen vegetable company, and his family has a small poultry and grain farm. I am honored to have the opportunity to be involved in Agriculture in my own way while utilizing my financial experience, stated Mitchell." Outside of Work, Ashley loves to travel, listen to live music, and spend time with friends and family.

After a decade in poultry operations, Zac joined FFB in 2011, understanding what it takes for his customers to be successful in this industry. Staying by their side throughout the entire loan process, he meets farmers on their properties where they are most comfortable.

Outside of work, Zac, an avid sportsman, enjoys hunting and fishing. He has been married to his wife Jennifer for 14 years and they have a ten-year-old son, Mason.

Growing up on a poultry and cattle operation, Zac understands the financial challenges of the day-to-day operations of agricultural ownership. He enjoys leveraging his personal experience to help local farm owners start or expand their businesses. 

Attracted to Zac’s analytical thinking, personable demeanor, hard-working attitude, farmers trust him to lead them through the loan process from start to finish. Through close collaboration with clients, he finds solutions to any number of financial situations.

Outside of work, Zac enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He owns a small purebred Angus and Gelbvieh cattle operation. He and his family are active members of Highland Baptist Church in New London, North Carolina. Zac is also a member of the Denton Lions Club, Stanly County Cattleman’s Association and Stanly County Young Farmers and Ranchers.
