Receptionist/Shipper/Purchasing Coordinator - Jonesboro, AR
First Financial Bank has an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Shipper/Purchasing Coordinator in our Mortgage Lending Office located in Jonesboro, AR.
The primary responsibility of this position is to promote a professional, friendly and inviting image of the service to be expected by all customers of First Financial Bank, and to provide administrative support to the processing and delivery of loans. Additional responsibilities of this position is to handle all post-closing aspects of all loans with Investor, Agencies, Third Parties & internal FFB personnel.
Education/Experience Requirements: Associate’s degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior Mortgage Loan experience preferred. Good understanding of financial institution products and services.
Other Skills and Abilities: Must process excellent organization skills and be able to work under strict deadlines. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be a self-starter. Must be proficient in computer applications, typewriters, calculators, fax machines, and copy machines. Good telephone and people skills a must.
