With 13 years in banking and eight years in mortgage lending, Katie Ingram loves her role as someone who can put clients in the right loan and make the home-buying process as smooth as possible.  She’s excited to work with the FFB team, and cites their experience and willingness to help others as two of the main reasons she joined the team.

“What I enjoy most about working with my clients is the ability to help them improve their financial futures”, stated Ingram.  “Whether that’s helping them purchase their first home, their ‘forever dream home’ or refinancing their current home – I keep my focus on them”, she said.  “Sometimes it’s just making the process a seamless transaction, being able to get them into a home that no other lender had been able to do before, or getting them the best rate possible”, she continued.  “All these factors and more are my focus when helping a customer”.

When she’s not helping customers with their home financing needs, she and her husband are busy following their kids to sporting events or cheer competitions.  She also enjoys spending time in the pool with her family.  She and her husband are the proud parents of a 13-yr old son and a 6-year old daughter, who both are enrolled in Valley View schools.
