Growing up in Greene County, Arkansas, gave Shelli Wilson a front-row seat for rice and soybean production.  It also provided her with a great appreciation for those who put food on our tables.  Shelli spent her teenage years working for the local farm supply store in Delaplaine, but now enjoys the numbers and financial analysis involved in each loan she makes.  “I love the interaction with my customers and get satisfaction from helping them and the community prosper”, she stated.  She and her husband, Rob, are the proud parents of two daughters, McKenzie, a freshman at Harding University studying nursing, and Karli, a sophomore at Jonesboro High School.  When not working, Shelli enjoys traveling and reading.

With a commitment to excellent customer service and over 40 years of Ag Lending experience, Bill Elliott has seen his fair share of farm loans and farm operations.  This insight into the day-to-day life of a farm family and their financial needs enables him to provide customers with sound, reliable guidance toward their goals.  He’s sharing his experience with younger lenders on staff and happy to provide them with all he’s learned over his career.  He enjoys not only being able to play a small role in his customers’ good times, but being able to help them survive the ‘not so good' times, learning and growing through it all.  Bill and his wife, Debbie, have two sons and three grandsons who keep them active.  When he’s not at work, he also enjoys Razorback football, fishing, and golf.
