We closed today on our transaction and it was incredibly smooth, mainly due to the hard work on the back end by FFB's loan operations team. My law firm represent lenders, sellers, and buyers on SBA loan closings so I know what it takes to get them done. On the front end, no one would have ever even known this was an SBA deal. I cannot pay a higher compliment than that as many lenders attempt to close SBA loans, but many are not able to close it in the way FFB did. It was a pleasure working together.
