For over a decade, people in Carthage, MS have relied on Brad Ogletree for financial solutions and guidance as a trusted advisor.  He oversees our locations in both Carthage and Senatobia, MS and is known for his genuine concern for every employee and every customer he encounters.  Brad serves on the FFB Officers’ Loan Committee to make sure the lending needs of all communities are being met.  He also leads weekly local Advisory Board loan committee meetings and a monthly Advisory Board meeting. 

“I’ve seen banking from both sides of the desk”, he stated.  “I haven’t always been in banking and that helps me understand the customer’s perspective”.  He is a member and past President of Carthage Rotary Club, past member of the Board of Directors for both Leake County Chamber and Main Street Carthage organization.  He presently serves as a member of the Leake County Industrial Development Association Board of Directors and is a member of the Executive Committee. 

What Brad enjoys most about banking is helping people make good financial decisions.  “The ‘firsts’ in our customers’ lives is always exciting to me – their first checking or savings account, first vehicle, first boat, first home, etc. – knowing we can help people reach these goals is very satisfying”, he concluded. 

Brad and his wife, Mikki, have two daughters who have ‘flown the coop’, but they still enjoy spending time together at the lake and the beach as often as possible.  He enjoys the great outdoors and spends most of his time fishing, golfing, and duck hunting.   He and his family attend Carthage United Methodist Church, where he serves as Chairman of the Administrative Board.   When asked what three words people would use to describe him, he stated:  Honest, trustworthy and faithful.
